Where can I download the game?
Luma Sort is still in preparation. Store download links will appear on this website when the game is available.
Where is my progress stored?
Progress is stored on your device and may be included in system backups. Check your backups before clearing data or reinstalling: you could lose your game.
An ad does not load or a reward is missing.
Check your connection and try again later. If the problem persists, email the platform, game version and what happened. You do not need to send advertising identifiers.
How do I review or change my privacy choices?
Open Settings in the game and look for Privacy & ads. Form availability depends on the requirements reported by the consent service. You can also email a privacy enquiry.
