1. Who is responsible

Luma Sort is an app by Jorge Sánchez Raboso (jorgesrab). Send privacy enquiries to jorgesrab@gmail.com. This policy covers the Android and iPhone versions and the Luma Sort pages on apps.jsraboso.com.

2. Data stored on your device

The game stores progress, levels and unfinished games, settings, themes, helpers and records needed for rewards and ad frequency locally. There is no user account and no developer-operated server that stores your games. The age range selected at first launch is also saved locally, without a date of birth.

Android or iOS may include this data in system backups, depending on your settings. Access to and retention of those backups depend on the services you use.

3. Advertising and consent

Luma Sort integrates Google AdMob and Google's UMP consent platform. When ad requests are permitted, the SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, available device or advertising identifiers, interactions with ads and the app, and diagnostic and performance information. UMP handles the information needed to remember and apply privacy choices. The consent form identifies the advertising providers covered by your choices.

This information supports ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Personalisation and available identifiers depend on consent, region and device settings. The game does not request precise-location permission.

There are rewarded ads you choose to watch and occasional ads between completed levels. Review available choices under Settings → Privacy & ads. Declining personalisation does not stop you playing; ad type and availability may change.

The current version does not request iOS ATT tracking permission. Google's processing is described in its Privacy Policy and its explanation of information from sites and apps using its services.

4. This website

This website serves information and static files. It has no accounts, contact forms, advertising pixels or developer-operated analytics tools. Fonts and illustrations are served from the same site.

The website uses Oracle and Cloudflare infrastructure. When you connect, providers may process your IP address, date and time, connection details and technical headers to deliver content and protect the service. Cloudflare may use technical security mechanisms where appropriate. See its privacy policy.

5. When you email

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and attachments to handle your enquiry. The support mailbox uses Gmail, a Google service. Please avoid sending passwords, advertising identifiers, identity documents or information that is unnecessary to resolve your request.

6. Purposes of processing

Local storage keeps your game and preferences. Support messages are used to respond to your request. Technical website data is used to serve and protect the site. Advertising and measurement are handled through Google and, where required, with your consent.

Depending on the processing and applicable law, the basis may be providing the requested functionality, your consent, legitimate interests in security and responding to enquiries, or a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent for processing that relies on it.

7. Retention and deletion

Local data remains while the app and its data remain on your device. You can use system controls to clear app data or uninstall. System backups are managed separately.

Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. Data handled by Google, Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers is retained under their policies and service settings. Uninstalling the game does not submit a deletion request to those providers.

8. Providers and transfers

We do not sell personal data. The providers described here may process information to provide their services, including advertising and measurement. Their operations may involve processing outside your country or the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards and transfer mechanisms are described in their policies, including relevant contractual commitments.

Website and advertising SDK communications use encryption in transit. Protection of local data also depends on your device's security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can manage consent in the game and advertising identifiers in Android or iOS settings. For data we handle when responding to you, contact the privacy address to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also complain to your data protection authority, including the AEPD in Spain.

Your games are stored on your device, so we have no remote copy to inspect or delete through email. For information handled directly by a provider, use that provider's controls and contact channels as well.

10. Intended audience

Luma Sort is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, use the game with the permission and supervision required in your country. The age for consenting to some processing may vary by territory.

At first launch you choose a range: under 13, 13–15 or 16 and over. Only that range is stored on the device and you can correct it in Settings. Selecting under 13 prevents entry to the game and does not initialize UMP or ads. For ages 13–15, under-age-of-consent treatment is applied in both UMP and AdMob and no advertising personalisation forms are shown. For ages 16 and over, the consent form is used when required.

If you believe you have sent us personal data about a child under 13, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when features or providers change in ways that affect data handling. The date at the top identifies the version. Changes requiring renewed consent will be handled through the appropriate mechanism.
